Returns and Refunds
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your printed order, sooner if possible, and let us know the reason why you would like to return your item(s). To be eligible for a return, the item (s) must be unused, in its original packaging and in a resaleable condition. Items that do not meet these criteria, in the time limit, or are non-returnable, will be declined.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs and are advised to return items via a tracked method; lost returns cannot be refunded.
Returning Wedding Stationery Samples and Greeting Cards
If you are unhappy with your sample or no longer want it, you can return it to us for a full refund as long as:
- the item is returned within 14 days of receipt
- the item is unopened, in original packaging and in a resaleable condition
Custom Wedding Stationery Orders
Due to the personalized nature of our wedding stationery, we are unable to offer refunds once your first digital proof has been designed. As full custom orders go through a design process with customer approval along the way, we cannot offer returns or refunds on these items. The customer will have final approval before the design is printed and made and so we cannot take responsibility for any mistakes on the design.
